RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
The period starts on the day after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If products from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts after the last product is received.
Discounted products have the same statutory withdrawal and guarantee rights.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Please provide your name, your order number if available, and the products you wish to return so that we can identify your purchase.
You may use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but this is optional. Any other unequivocal statement of your decision is sufficient.
You must send your notification before the withdrawal period expires. Exercising this right does not require our prior approval.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCTS
After notifying us, send the products to the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after your withdrawal notification.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning products when you withdraw because you have changed your mind. This does not apply to the necessary return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please package the products securely. We recommend keeping proof of dispatch.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
You may inspect and try on garments as you would in a shop to check their nature, characteristics and fit.
Please do not wear or wash them beyond what is necessary for that inspection.
You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the products. Any deduction will be proportionate, justified and explained to you.
Opening the parcel or not retaining the original packaging does not automatically remove your right to withdraw.
Where possible, include the original tags, accessories and other items supplied with the garment.

REFUNDS
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the amount paid for the products and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we do not have to refund the additional delivery cost.
For partial returns, we will refund the amount paid for the returned products. Any refund of the original delivery charge will depend on whether that charge was attributable to those products or would have been incurred for the products you keep, in accordance with applicable law.
We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of your withdrawal.
Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever happens first.
Refunds will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without incurring additional fees.
The refund will reflect the amount actually paid, including any discounts. We do not charge a restocking fee for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Contact management@classified-files.com if your product is faulty, arrives damaged or does not match your order.
Please describe the issue and provide your order number if available. Photographs can help us assess the issue, but their absence does not remove your statutory rights.
Where the product does not conform to the contract, we will bear the necessary costs of the applicable legal remedy, including transport costs.
The 14-day withdrawal period does not limit your right to claim for faulty goods.

STATUTORY GUARANTEE
Under Spanish consumer law, we are responsible for a lack of conformity in new goods that becomes apparent within three years of delivery.
You may request the remedies available under applicable law, including repair or replacement where appropriate and, in the legally specified circumstances, a price reduction or termination of the purchase contract.
These remedies are free of charge and will be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
Normal wear and tear, or damage caused solely by improper use or failure to follow appropriate care instructions, is not itself a lack of conformity.
Nothing in this policy limits any additional mandatory rights that apply in your country.

SIZE EXCHANGES
Contact us if you would like a different size. We will explain the available options, stock availability and any applicable costs before arranging an exchange.
Requesting an exchange does not restrict your statutory right to withdraw.

EXCEPTIONS
We will only apply statutory exceptions to withdrawal where they actually apply to the product purchased.
Clearly personalised or individually made-to-specification products may be excluded. Choosing a standard size does not make a garment personalised.
Simply opening the packaging of an ordinary T-shirt does not, by itself, create a hygiene exception.
