TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms apply to purchases made by consumers through our online store.

1. PRODUCTS

The main characteristics, composition, available sizes and prices are described on the product pages.

Screen settings may cause small differences in how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if the product received does not match its description.

Please consult the size guide and contact us if you need help before purchasing.

1. PLACING AN ORDER

Select your products and options, add them to the cart and complete the checkout information.

Before placing your order, you can review the products, quantities, delivery details, payment method and total price, including applicable delivery charges.

By selecting the final payment button, you place an order with an obligation to pay and accept these terms.

We will send an order confirmation by email. Please retain it and your purchase documentation.

If you notice an error in your details, contact us promptly. We will help correct it where the order’s processing stage allows.

1. PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store. Consumer prices include applicable taxes.

Any delivery charges are shown separately before payment. Additional services will not be charged without your agreement.

Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Discount codes are subject to the conditions communicated for the relevant promotion. Material restrictions, including exclusions, minimum spend, expiry or incompatibility with other offers, will be disclosed before use.

1. PAYMENT AND INVOICES

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payments are subject to the relevant provider’s authorisation and checks. If payment cannot be completed, you may need to use another available method.

An order confirmation is not a substitute for an invoice where an invoice is required. You can request your invoice at management@classified-files.com.

Electronic invoicing will be subject to any legally required consent. Where applicable, you may request a paper invoice free of charge.

1. AVAILABILITY

Availability is indicated for each product variant.

If a confirmed product cannot be supplied, we will inform you without undue delay and refund the corresponding payment. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

1. DELIVERY

Delivery destinations, charges and estimated times are explained in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.

We will deliver within the period stated or agreed. Unless another period has been agreed, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded.

If delivery is delayed, you retain the remedies available under applicable law, including termination and a refund where the legal conditions are met.

When we arrange transport, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

1. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains notification, return costs, product handling and refunds. It includes an optional withdrawal form.

Discounted products retain the same statutory rights.

1. STATUTORY GUARANTEE

Under Spanish consumer law, we are responsible for a lack of conformity in new goods that becomes apparent within three years of delivery.

The remedies available under applicable law may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, depending on the circumstances.

Applicable remedies are free of charge, including necessary transport costs, and must be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.

Normal wear and tear or damage caused solely by improper use does not itself constitute a lack of conformity.

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS

Contact management@classified-files.com or write to our postal address for assistance or complaints.

We will provide acknowledgement of complaints and address them within the legally applicable period.

You may request the official consumer complaint forms applicable to our business. Where legally required, we will provide information about the competent alternative dispute resolution body and our participation in that procedure.

1. PERSONAL DATA

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.

Purchasing or browsing does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing or non-essential cookies.

1. LIABILITY

We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory product liability or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

This choice does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory provisions of the law applicable to them.

Disputes will be heard by the courts with jurisdiction under the applicable consumer protection rules.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms for future purchases. Your order is governed by the version applicable when it was placed, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
